De Overveense Vleeshouwerij, na een grote brand begin 2020 in Overveen gevestigd aan de Drukkersweg 14 te Haarlem (Waarderpolder), is een slagerij en groothandel, gespecialiseerd in vlees- en kipproducten. Wij leveren onze producten aan diverse grote en kleine restaurants, strandpaviljoens, broodjeszaken en snackbars, maar ook diverse bakkers, slagers, instellingen en wederverkopers behoren al jaren tot onze vaste klantenkring. De drie eigenaren, Ben Telman, Pascal Mittelmeijer en Berry Telman dragen dagelijks zelf zorg voor de productie, hetgeen resulteert in een hoge mate van flexibiliteit én in een niet aflatende kritische blik op onze hoge kwaliteitsstandaard.
Onder het motto: “Nee verkopen wij niet” proberen wij al onze klanten, zowel zakelijk als particulier, een zo goed mogelijke service te leveren; maatwerk waar mogelijk, maar hoe dan ook altijd zoveel mogelijk toegespitst op de specifieke wensen van de afnemer. Het gegeven dat zowel Pascal als Berry jarenlange ervaring hebben in diverse horecakeukens zorgt ervoor dat zij weten wat zich daar afspeelt en zodoende zeer passend advies kunnen verstrekken aan de klant in kwestie.
Dagelijks wordt een breed assortiment aan verse producten vervaardigd: van gehakt tot hamburgers, van spareribs tot sous-vide gegaarde kip, van varkenshaas tot tournedos. Vraag het ons en wij maken het. De passie van Ben voor het maken van een keur aan verschillende worsten heeft ertoe geleid dat we diverse slagerijen en groothandels de worstproductie uit handen genomen hebben: volgens de eigen receptuur van de klant wordt de worst bij ons in de slagerij geproduceerd. Ook wordt voor een aantal horecaklanten een groot aantal producten geheel naar hun eigen wensen en receptuur voorbereid, zodat zij tijdens piekuren nog slechts de finishing touch aan hoeven te brengen.
Voor particulieren die ook graag vlees van horecakwaliteit tegen een gunstige prijs in de pan/op het bord willen hebben, is er onze webshop (die overigens regelmatig up-to-date gehouden en uitgebreid wordt). Particulieren die binnen een straal van 30 kilometer van Haarlem wonen (of binnen deze straal een afleveradres hebben) kunnen in onze webshop een keuze maken uit onze producten (afhalen is ook mogelijk op onderstaand adres). NB: Bij bestellingen boven € 75,- worden geen bezorgkosten in rekening gebracht.
